I offer ringside show handling on a limited basis. This allows me to present a small group of wonderful dogs to the fancy, while keeping my numbers small. Your dog gets to stay home with you but can be shown regularly which is an option many people love. 

I require at least one training session with you and your dog prior to handling them for show. This allows me to not only train your dog -- but establish a bond and relationship with your dog for the show ring.

I treat each and every dog at the end of my lead like my own, and always put the health and happiness of the dog first. 

I have experience with sporting breeds and especially golden retrievers and labrador retrievers. I have also handled hounds and various other breeds. 

Ringside handling starts at $75 depending on the prep they need prior to ring time. Please inquire to set up an intro call and to get my show schedule. I show primarily all over the northeast and may travel farther for golden specialties. 

After many years of grooming golden retrievers routinely, I have begun to offer grooming on a limited basis. I will groom a variety of breeds in show or pet grooms. 

I do not do doodles, however my sister DOES groom doodles and I can put you in touch with her. 

Base price for a bath/blow-dry starts at $50 and increases depending on the amount of trimming and grooming there is. I have experience grooming most sporting breeds, mixed breeds and a variety of other breeds. 

Dogs are groomed at my house -- outdoor if the weather is warm and indoor in my grooming room when the weather is cold. Your dog will be the only dog here at one time and get my full attention while being groomed. When they are finished they will have a romp in our full fenced acre yard and a cookie for the road.
